Our training offers

Sales training

In addition to offering traditional sales training to salespersons for new and used vehicles which includes behavioural and sales-related components, we would also like to offer you our support when it comes to proactively engaging with your own market, acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones. This may either take the form of face-to-face trainings or on-site coachings.

When it comes to selling to commercial customers specifically, our trainers and coaches have many years of professional experience of their own in actively and systematically developing the market in their sales area and will share their acquisition skills with the training participants and coachees in a practical manner.

Product training

As part of our training philosophy, we do not simply “sell” product knowledge, but take our participants on an inspiring and exciting journey into the world of brands and products.

Our expertise includes designing and implementing comprehensive training concepts for the market launch of new vehicle projects – also under confidentiality – as well as product and argumentation trainings which include a comparison with the competition.

As specialists in automotive product training, our trainers also have in-depth expertise in topics such as electromobility, mobile online services, driver assistance systems and conversion solutions.

After-sales training

We also have an aftersales heart beating in our trainers’ chests, which allows us to always keep a holistic view of the automotive world – after all, successful automotive sales are not possible without the people working in aftersales.
